Today was such a wonderful day I got to spend the morning with my 3 year old daughter, take her to school, reenact our favorite story the kissing hand and then head off for another wonderful day at the office. As I drove to the office i realized I had a luncheon to attend and it's times like this I'm always questioning what's the best use of my time..Should i got to the office and do "work" or go to an event someone took the time to invite me to. Well I attended the luncheon and had a wonderful meal filled with enlightening conversation and good humor. I am so excited to see all the real estate activity going on right now in Lawrence, Ks. I was in the office in the midst of a snow storm and wasn't alone while several agents were turning in earnest money and submitting contracts to their respective buyer/sellers. Day 2 of a New Year and New Decade!

Are you ready for 2011? What are you going to do different in 2011 to make it a better year than 2010? Most of us set goals to lose weight, make more money and most importantantly make more memories with those we love! For me i'm so blessed to be in an industry that I can help people with their biggest decision whether it is time to buy or sell a new home. Not that all my blogs have to be about Real Estate but since that is such a big part of what I do it seems to stray that way...LOL.. But my goals for 2011 are as follows: Work out at least 4x a week, healthy body creates a healthy mind... and so on Spend as much time with my little ones as possible and be a positive role model for my 3 beautiful daughters Find a way to whisk my husband away for a romantic getaway sometime this year Enough about the personal side of me, here's my real estate goals for 2011 I am going to help 30 homebuyer's or sellers in their quest to finding a new home in 2011 I will personally ...
