Waiting to Sell? TIME IS NOW!!
THE BUYER'S ARE BACK... What a crazy 2 weeks this has been!! I have shown homes to multiple buyers only to get ready to write an offer and the home they want has a contract already. I had a buyer who looked at a home Sunday and when we went back on Wednesday to look again and write an offer there were 6 cards of agents who had shown the home and by the time we set down to write the offer they had already negotiated one 30 minutes prior!! The market is turning around and this is not my only example. Another set of buyer's in the $265,000 range I emailed them homes to choose from Wednesday night and by Saturday afternoon 3 of the 4 homes they wanted see had went under contract. One home was on the market 7 days, another 3!! If you have been waiting to sell this is the time! In addition to the buyer activity I had a listing receive 2 offers :) Talk about happy seller's.
