Do you have questions about the curb appeal of your home?

Image
This infographic shows the importance of curb appeal and what you can do to make the exterior of your home more appealing to prospective buyer. Many of these tips could be accomplished over a weekend!  Just a quick trip to a local nursery can provide you with ideas to execute at your own home!  I visit Pendleton's Country Market several times a year to purchase my own flowers and they are always so helpful and full of valuable knowledge!   Here is their website .  They always have a popular stand at the Lawrence Farmer's Market, too!   No only do they have annual and perennial flowers, but you can pick your own seasonal fruits and vegetables.  My goal this year is to pick my own asparagus! Should you have questions about how to improve your curb appeal or would like me to visit your home to offer suggestions, just call or text me at 785-550-3424.

There are definitely some Great deals in the Lawrence Ks housing market right now but the key is to understand what the cost would be for you as the potential buyer to make the repairs.Another key component is to hire a Realtor who knows the local market and can tell you what other homes have sold for in any given area. I enjoy helping my buyer's find the right home for them and working with investors who are looking for properties to fix up.  Here is a great article I ran across that discusses the things to consider when deciding on a purchase price vs what a realistic sells price or after repair value would be.  Enjoy *Repost from Houselogic a Realtor content Resource.  When you buy a fixer-upper house, you can save a ton of money, or get yourself in a financial fix. 1.
