What a change in my year!
It's been a long time since I've written my blog but for good reason... I've been swamped with work! This year has been going like a Rock Star with me having closed 5 homes already this year and 8 more pendings that will close by July 15th. Also some exciting things coming up are my 11 year wedding anniversary and my 4 year anniversary in real estate on July 7th.
Why the change in my business...
I took the time this december to make a list of what I really liked about my job and what I felt I was good at. After deciding that this job was all about building relationships I learned that it's not that hard! My goal is to be the expert for my clients which means getting them the information they need to make the best decision and being a great resource to them during their home search.
Whatever you do in life find what works for you!
Using social media has given me an opportunity to network with other professionals learn things that they are doing to create success and share what I know. Facebook is a great place to talk with others in your field and when you reach outside your market you don't have to worry about holding back you can feel free to share your ideas without the fear of competition
