Today I've been working on a packet to give to prospective clients who are interested in selling their home. So far, I have about 10 pages complied of facts and figures. But the most important page to me is my team mission statement. I say team because it's not just about me and my assistant working with clients to meet their needs.  It's about all of us working together toward one goal.  Whether it's buying a first home, selling the home that you raised your family in or selling a home in order to upgrade to a new home, I love the team concept. We all know that buyers like to envision themselves living in homes they are touring.  That's why it is always suggested that you remove any personalization.  Putting away family photos and clearing away clutter can make a big difference in the perception of your home within a buyer's mind.
