St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner! Why not do the Shamrock Shuffle??

What's a Shamrock Shuffle, you ask?

A mad dash to the nearest McDonald's for a Shamrock Shake?

It's also the 25th Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K in Lawrence, KS this Saturday, March 8th!

If you haven't participated, this is a great local event.  And this year, they've added a 10K!!

The route starts at Johnny's Tavern in North Lawrence and runs along the levee trail.  Johnny's will have a free Irish Breakfast for all race participants and an outside pancake griddle.
